The People of the State of New York v. Tommy Davis
Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP successfully reversed all convictions of Tommy Davis. Davis had been wrongfully tried under consolidated indictments from two unrelated gun incidents. The appellate court agreed that consolidation was improper and prejudicial and reversed all counts of conviction.
